5 Ways to "Breath" From Your Routine Activity

Have you ever feel that you're tired of your routine activity?
Seems like every tasks is really heavy and you can't burden it anymore.
You start to worry that this is not the right path for you, and it is not your calling.
It's kinda hard to explain the real feeling of this kind of "Depression" situation, but the one thing you know is you want to leave everything behind and have a moment with yourself.

If you're feeling so, then take 1 minutes to read this article :)

I'll share some tips that come from my own experience, and I hope that it also can help you free your mind a little bit.

1. Sit in your bedroom and stare at the wall.
There's a moment when your brain is fighting against each other. The other side says "I don't want to do it", the other one says "Let's do it". Your brain keeps arguing and you start getting confused. If this happen, you can sit on your own bedroom and stare at the wall. Listen every words that two sides of your brain says, and take the good side or the right decision by your own.

2. Take a morning walk alone and feel the fresh air.
When you wake up from your bed, it's the right moment to re-think about what you've done and think your good moments when doing your routine activities. Maybe by doing that you can help your parents company, you can meet with your friends, you're doing it for charity, and so on.
It always has a reason ! :)
If you think that your routine activity is not the right path / your calling,  then I suggest you to think about your life and what you really want to do.

3. Singing out loud.
Sometimes, it is just your mind trying to confuse you. You're actually okay with your routine activity, but as a human being, we do feel bored. That's why we need something new. Something that out of our routine activity. Singing can be one of the way to get out from your routine. Pick your favourite song and just S-I-N-G! Relax, no one will pay attention how weird your voice is! Hahahaha.

4. Eat and chew SLOWLY! (really, this helps!)
What I mean by this is when you eat, try to feel the seasoning of the food you eat and the sensation. Chew it slowly in your mouth, and enjoy your food. You can pick your own favourite food.
I choose to eat dessert in a time like this. Close your eyes and feel the food. Dessert has a sweet sensation where you can feel the sugar, the soft cake, the butter, the chocolate melts in your mouth... yum! I can feel that in my throat right now!

5. Take a day off, enjoy yourself :)
Don't let your brain keep running. Sometimes it need a rest so that you can re-start freshly with a fresh mind.
Sometimes I take a day off college and stay at home, putting on my face-mask and laying down in my bedroom with the air-con on and some of my favourite music.
That way, I can think positively and get a new wisdom.

The main point is, do whatever is different from your routine activity, so that it won't make you get bored. Just try something new!
Do what you believe will reduce your stressed, it's okay even though it's weird! Just be you!
But don't do something criminal, hahahaha.

See you!
