For those of you who never travel to Indonesia, well, this post might changed your mind and you should list Indonesia as the top 3 must visit country before you die, hahaha !
Recently, I got invited into Petra Christian University special event, which is called
“Bulan Seni Budaya”
Or in english, it’s called Art and Culture Months.
Indonesia has a very diverse culture, because Indonesia is consists of lots of ethnics.
In Java island, Indonesia has Javanese, Madurese, Sundanese, Bantenese, Cirebonese
In Sumatra Island, Indonesia has Medanese, Bataknese, Minangkabau
In Papua island, Indonesia has Dani, Bauzi, Asmat
In West Nusa Tenggara island, Indonesia has Sasak
In Kalimantan island, Indonesia has Banjarese, Dayak
In Sulawesi island, Indonesia has Makassarese, Minahasan
In Bali island, Indonesia has Balinese
…and others. (Even I can’t remember my own country ethnics because there’s too much of it!)
FYI, Bali is part of Indonesia, and there are so many tourists that didn’t know about this fact. Yes people! Bali is Indonesia, and we can call it the Island of Goddess. Bali is so beautiful and so does the other part of Indonesia. Yes guys, you need to explore Indonesia more and get to know to its beauty. Trust me, you’ll fell in love at the first sight ! ;)
You’ll be amazed with our culture, fell in love with the kindness of the people inside our country, enjoy the atmosphere in our city, feel the adventure while exploring throughout the country. Indonesia is a very unique country that you can’t find it anywhere in this world, except Indonesia itself !
Don’t hesitate to ask me if you have any question about Indonesia ;)
Well then,
Let’s see the little part of Indonesia which will be represented through its traditional dance and traditional music, which is “Gamelan”, through “Bulan Seni Budaya” !
