Sweet Hut, A Place for The Sweet People!

Located on Pantai Indah Kapuk, this place is extremely far from my boarding house near Pejaten Village, hahaha. I have my first meet up with #snapfoodie ( Instagram: @snapfoodie ) team here! New people, new community, means new friends! :D

Introduction of @snapfoodie

In short, a girl named Mary gathers the 10 of us to make an Instagram food community together. The name will be @snapfoodie, and it’ll launch soon after we made the logo! So, don’t forget to catch up with us, okay? ;)

For the first meet up, we decided to held it on Pantai Indah Kapuk, where you can found lots and lots of delicious food restaurants here. Our choice goes to Sweet Hut, because all of us crave for sweet tooth.

Sweet Hut Japanese Green Tea Snow Ice – IDR 38,000

It’s a shaved green tea ice, served with red beans. It’s refreshing; you can taste the pure green tea and also the red bean. Perfect for a green tea lovers!

Cookies Ice Cream with Sun Melon and Soft Grass Jelly – IDR 28,000

Represents the name, this is a kind of fruit soup combined with cookies ice cream. Well, I never thought that a fruit goes really well with an ice cream! The soup also tastes so milky because of it. One of my favourite here!

Coconut Pudding with Longan Ice Blended – IDR 50,000

The unique think is that, they serve the dessert inside a coconut fruit – yes, a real one! There are coconuts, longan, and also aloe vera pudding inside, with some syrup as the soup. However, for me it’s kinda lack of sugar. For those who doesn’t like sweets might love this one.

Matcha Lava Cake – IDR 50,000

The cake is really soft, the matcha lava also super smooth. I think the green tea taste a bit too strong for me. I love the combination of the red bean and also the ice cream, though! So we can taste warm matcha lava, and then cool it with the ice cream ;)

Belgium Chocolate Brownies with Cookies Ice-Cream – IDR 50,000

Uh-Oh, the chocolate brownice taste super comfy! I can feel the peanuts in the brownies. Brownies and ice cream is always a perfect choice to end the day! 

I’ll definitely be back here to taste their Mango Soup! I really want to order their Sago with mango fruits and mango Ice Cream. But at that time it’s out of stock .

Because we are foodies and love to eat, so we think that one restaurant is not enough! So yes, we move into another restaurant, which is Belly Inc. You can read the review here.
